The FAA Hasn’t Been Enforcing Unlicensed Drone Piloting Penalties

When the Federal Aviation Administration established a license requirement for commercial drone pilots in 2016, it seemed as though any breach of that law would be met with swift punishment or penalty. According to federal Freedom of Information Act documents acquired by MarketWatch, however, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
