The new service can also be used for routine inspections, such as inspecting high power lines or pipelines that are leaking, Brown said.
“We can use drones to get high up for close up inspections with skilled utility workers still seeing the work on the ground,” she said. “Honeywell’s licensed and certified drone pilots fly the drones with the inspector right there to guide the drone for video or still footage.”
