Senate Enrolled Act 299, authored by Sen. Eric Koch (R-Bedford), is on its way to Gov. Eric Holcomb for his final consideration after passing the Indiana General Assembly.
SEA 299 creates four new misdemeanor offenses to address concerns on voyeurism, harassment and public safety. The new offenses are:
